This book focuses on the fundamentals of mariachi armonía. It includes exercises in the following styles: Ranchera Lenta, Ranchera Valseada, Bolero, Polka, Jarabe and Son in C major, G major and D major. Additionally, there are also scale exercises in C major, G major, D major, A major and F major in each style for additional practice.

When using this book, practice each style until you have mastered it in every major key. A basic understanding of music theory and chord structures will be helpful when playing these exercises in other keys.
